We do not collect any personal information from you. All personal / financial information is managed through our transaction processor (PayPal). The only information we have available to us is your email address and shipping information, and we will not use that for anything but communication to you about your order. We may also email you to let you know when we've updated our product offerings in the future.

All items are custom embroidered after we receive your order. If there is a problem with your order (such as lack of stock in a particular color or size), we'll contact you and give you the option of changing the order or cancelling it. In some cases there may be a lack of supply in a particular clothing brand's color or size selection (example: XXL Black Port Authority T-Shirt) in which case we may make a substitution of brand for the same size, color, & quality of product from a different manufacturer.

Delivery of custom embroidered products takes 10 business days (this includes time to embroider & shipping time).

If we make a mistake with your order such as the wrong product, design, size, or color (different from what you ordered), we'll replace the product free of charge or refund your money. Otherwise, because the items are custom embroidered, we cannot accept returns of finished products. Please ensure you've selected the right sizes & colors before placing your order!
